It’s Head Awareness Week (3rd – 8th July) organised by the wonderful charity Cerebra, the UK charity dedicated to helping families of children with brain conditions discover a better life together.

Cerebra is urging all its friends and supporters to join them in raising awareness of the challenges families with children living with brain conditions face on a daily basis.

For those children affected, the simplest things such as playing, making new friends and enjoying and experiencing the world can be a struggle and even feel impossible.

Cerebra firmly believes that there are no challenges that cannot be overcome. It listens to families, works with them to make their lives easier and carries out important research on their behalf. The charity is also involved in designing new equipment and new learning resources to enrich children’s lives further and open up new doors to discovering the world together.

The team at Hyphen Law will be donning their wildest and wackiest headwear – from outlandish hats and comedy wigs to pledge their support and make a donation to Cerebra so that the charity can continue its amazing work.

We are urging our clients, colleagues, friends and supporters to dig out their favourite hats, craziest headgear, silliest wigs or brightest coloured hair spray to get behind Head Awareness Week.

It’s easy to donate, all you have to do is text Head20 and the amount you’d like to give to 70070.  Alternatively you can donate here.

We’ll be showing off how fabulous we look on our Twitter feed using the hash tag #CerebraHeadAware so keep an eye out for us and don’t forget to share your funny photos too!
